Am i doing something wrong? The RGB lights won't stay on. When i plug it in, all the lights do a start up spiral. So they clearly work. But they don't stay on as background lights while in use. I downloaded the software off Keebmonkey's site, but the lighting settings aren't changing anything on the keyboard. Any advice?

DeadPark121Have you tried updating the firmware, also found on Keeb's site? Outside of that, I'd contact their tech support. I haven't had any lighting issues, personally.

DarthChalupaYes, i wrote Keebmonkey support on the same day as well. Haven't heard back yet. So much for the 12 hour response time. Do you have a link to the firmware? I don't see it on the product page. Just the configuration software download.
