but this is worth the exception! it’s a beautiful addition to my desk and between the feel of the keys/switches and the weight of it, this is everything i’ve ever wanted!
The main housing is made of metal and is really good quality! It's heavier than expected but that doesn't bother me, if anything it's a positive. It looks & feels great. Maybe a tad noisy but not too bad, not loud enough to be annoying.
I purchased the training keyboard and I love how you easily see the English and the Elvish letters. I use it for 8+ hours a day for work and wouldn't want to go back to my old Dell keyboard.
The keyboard, which I purchased as a gift for my husband, has a real heft to it. It feels very sturdy and the keys have a very solid clack, and the key set is really cool. He is a big LotR fan and he loves using it, so it was a very well received gift. I highly recommend this keyboard.
Positives: Very solid, fast response, and yet...compared to my Leopold, it's just not right. It's not elevated/angled properly, making your fingers struggle more going to non-home row keys.
Very happy with the overall quality of this keyboard, nice and heavy and the caps feel great! Also love the elvish design! Postage took quite a while to get to AUS but was worth the wait.
