I received mine yesterday and think it's garbage. The video quality and focus is worse than my 1080p webcam. The focus can't seem to get a clear image. The built in light bar is too close to the image sensor and washes out the image (assuming this is fixed by the stick on lens cap). The threads for the tripod are too big for the tripod so it just kinda slides on and wobbles. I've tried to find drivers online thinking maybe I'm missing something but there's zero online support for this that I can find. I'm emailing support to see if there's something that can fix the focus issue... and if that doesn't work I'm returning it.
