I just received my watch from last drop, however none of the chronograph functions work. When I press on the 2 o'clock button, the red hand does not move at all. But the normal watch function works without any issue. Have I received a faulty watch, guys?

MaoguaIt's possible but very unlikely, especially if the rest is working.
Are you sure you are pressing hard enough on the button? Being a mecaquartz movement, the buttons act like the buttons on a mechanical watch. You need to press relatively hard and feel a firm 'click'.
If it's still not working shoot me an email at nadim@helgray.com and I'll get you sorted out. Thanks!

NadimYou are absolutely right Nadim, it does require quite a firm press on the buttons to get it going. It feels like there is a bump before the actual click. I'm so happy that I don't need to go through the replacement process. I love the watch and the green watch face is so nice. Too bad that the red hand does not align well on mine too.
